In the early days of Islam, when the Prophet (PBUH) was preaching in Makkah, an old woman from the Quraysh tribe would regularly throw garbage and filth on him whenever he passed by her house. Despite this, the Prophet (PBUH) never responded with anger or harsh words.

One day, when the Prophet (PBUH) walked past her house, no garbage was thrown. Concerned, he asked about her well-being and learned that she was sick. Instead of feeling relieved that she had stopped harassing him, the Prophet (PBUH) visited her to check on her health.

Touched by his kindness and forgiveness, the woman realized the truth of his character and accepted Islam.

Moral Lesson:

This incident teaches us about patience, forgiveness, and responding to hatred with kindness—a core teaching of the Prophet (PBUH). Even in the face of hostility, he showed compassion, which ultimately softened hearts and spread the message of Islam.
